Thank you so much for the opportunity to view and reflect upon this diverse and inspired collection of works for the Jacksonville Artists Guild exhibit "Express Yourself." I loved the prompt for this exhibit . . . "Get a mirror, take a good look." I feel I was able to see into the lives of the JAG artists through their self-portraits, activities and points of view.
There were many wonderful pieces in this exhibit to admire, but alas, the juror is only able to select a few for recognition. Please know that through your works I feel that you have let me into your lives through your work and I couldn't be more appreciative.

I Am Speaking by Brenda Schwend Juror Comments: I particularly liked the satire present inthe Best in Show piece by Brenda Schwend, harkening to a 50's era image of perfection.
