Dimelza Broche is a Jacksonville, Florida based Cuban artist. She attended the Leopoldo Romanach Academy of Art in Santa Clara, Cuba. She studied for two years at the University of North Florida where she graduated with a BFA, focusing her undergraduate studies on painting, drawing, and printmaking.
In 2011 she was the Grand Prize recipient of Momentum: A National Juried Exhibit for Emerging Artists with Disabilities. In 2018, she received the Willson Center Graduate Research Award for her sculptural work and research about disability.

Acrylic painter Tiffany Manning’s drive to create is fueled by a lifelong fascination with
energy and the way it moves through people to form the connective tissue that weaves our world together. The aspects rooted somewhere between science and spirit are what excite her the most.
Coupled with a process heavily influenced by music and dance, she creates an environment which allows her to surrender to the experience, and simply be present with the canvas.
There is a palpable energetic presence coursing through her work that is deeply grounded in joy because that is the energy she wants to leave behind, long after the work is done.

As an immigrant, I have often felt lost and disconnected to those around me, searching for a sense of place and belonging. Growing up in Ireland, I saw the power that large public works have on the surrounding community, such as the Standing Stones of the Neolithic era, gothic architecture, and the political murals of today. These works inspire many myths and legends, provide spiritual contemplation, commemorate historic events, express complex feelings and beliefs, and define a sense of place. They create and define the community they surround. Creating outdoor sculpture allows me to create work that may become part of a community environment and provide that sense of place and belonging to others.
I utilize Irish iconography and interlace knotwork within my work in an attempt to reconnect with my heritage. Later works explore how various aspects within a community are interconnected and how they can come together to create something beautiful.
My smaller sculptural works and cast iron wall hangings utilizes Irish Iconography to explore the emotional repercussions of migration and to reconnect to the culture that I no longer get to participate in.
My textural ceramics act as a visual diary that records my day to day emotions and reactions to my environment, society, and media.

Teresa Cook, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, is an accomplished Abstract Architectural Watercolor artist with a passion for capturing the essence of landscapes and structures. Graduating with a BFA from the University of North Florida in 2012, she has dedicated the past decade to honing her craft, traversing both international and local landscapes.Specializing in mini watercolor abstractions on "Yupo," a smooth paper, Teresa's work beautifully freezes moments in time, skillfully excluding human elements to emphasize the pure architectural and natural beauty. Her artistic journey has led her to explore diverse cities, including a recent participation in the 2019 Urban Sketchers Symposium in Amsterdam and a captivating visit to Puerto Rico in 2021.In addition to her thriving artistic career, Teresa serves as an esteemed Art Instructor at local institutions in Jacksonville. As she enters 2024, her eagerly anticipated workshops promise to inspire and educate aspiring artists on the nuances of watercolor and ink painting techniques. She currently is a regional artist on display with the Cummer Museum, her exhibit, “Women’s Rights Movement”.

Erin Kendrick is a versatile visual artist, designer, and arts educator based in Jacksonville, Florida. She holds a BFA in Studio Art from Florida State University (1999) and an MFA in Drawing and Painting from Georgia State University (2003). Erin worked as a studio artist and arts educator in Atlanta before establishing E. Street Design Co., a creative firm specializing in graphic and event design (2009-2018).
Currently, Erin serves as the Director of Education and Lead Visual Art Instructor at Jacksonville Arts & Music School, as well as an adjunct professor at Flagler College's School of Creative Arts & Letters. She also runs Artist Types, an initiative that provides workshops and resources to help emerging artists advance their careers. Born in upstate New York, as a child, Doug traveled the world as a military brat, living in all four corners of the United States and Europe. During those adventuresome times (11 schools over 12 grade-school years), he developed passions for people, medicine, aviation, and art. His "artwork" began as pencil drawings of aircraft and spacecraft, He painted landscapes from memories of his youth to relax between studies and exams. During his ensuing medical and military career, he painted to commemorate the places he lived and traveled as time permitted.
He was honored to have received numerous awards in regional art shows and have had his images published in several national magazines. His work is now represented in private collections throughout the United States, from Nevada to Florida and California to New York.

Kristina Hoover is a Florida native working primarily in the reduction woodcut printmaking process. Inspired by Florida's landscape and her surroundings she aims to transform ordinary life into something new by highlighting the bright, bold, and colorful beauty found outdoors. Kristina has been creating all her life and instantly fell in love with printmaking. Her work represents new life, vibrancy, and joy.
"All my artwork is original; drawn, carved, and printed by me. I use one block of wood, that I carve layer by layer- color by color, until the block is reduced and most of the image is carved away. I produce small, limited editions of each image, and once the block is fully carved and the last color is printed, the edition is done. I cannot print anymore from the block of wood, making them truly unique."

Bio: My artwork was selected to compete in the Artfields Art Prize competition in South Carolina. I enjoyed being a member artist at the Southlight Gallery downtown and have shown at JIA Haskell Gallery, Gallery 1037, The Space Gallery, Home Street Gallery as well as several pop up galleries through the Art League of Jacksonville. I am also a member/instructor with the Art League of Jacksonville and have instructed at the Ponte Vedra Cultural Center and UNF. I am a member of the Portrait Society of America, First Coast Plein Air Painters and the First Coast Pastel Society. I belong to and facilitate several local drawing groups and artists organizations in Jacksonville as well as southern Indiana and Kentucky. I work in charcoal, graphite, pastel, watercolor, oil and most recently printmaking.

Bio: My love of drawing began when I could hold a crayon. A yellow-green one, I remember distinctly. Not only did it have a pleasing color, but it also tasted pretty good. Even as a child, my enjoyment of nature’s beauty was never-ending. The intricacy and playfulness of colors, patterns, light, and shadows have always fascinated me.

Will Dickey became a Jacksonville resident when he started his career as a staff photographer for The Florida Times-Union in 1983. After 37 years of telling the story of his adopted home in pictures, he retired from the paper in late 2020. News events, environmental portraits, sports, business, digital illustrations and features were among his daily assignments for the newspaper. His work was also featured in Water's Edge, Florida Trend, Newsweek and Time magazines, ABC World News and National Geographic's website.

Barry Wilson has been working in the graphic printmaking medium for over three decades. He has exhibited prints nationally and his work is in numerous public and private collections. Wilson holds a Master of Fine Arts from Florida State University. He has taught at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, Florida for the last 28 years. Most of the older work seems to fit into three major subject matter categories. Animals & Flowers, Old Machines AKA “Deluxe Merchandise” and abstract pieces AKA “Blue Jay Opuscule”. The majority of these pieces are multiple color relief prints. The newer work involves letters and words. Concrete poetry.

A military wife for many years, Marsha has traveled around the world and most of her art captures these experiences and the people she has met. Marsha is an artist who loves creating art and her artwork defines who she is and what she is passionate about. The vast majority of her art is painting and people of color is her subject matter. Acrylic, oils, and sometimes wood is her preferred medium.
Marsha has a variety of techniques when it comes to creating art. An artist whose work is in many private collections enjoys experimenting with colors, and different mediums to keep her viewers excited.

As a visual artist and aspiring naturalist native to Northeast Florida, Crystal Floyd’s work explores themes of nature, storytelling, and adaptive reuse, transforming collected ephemera and manipulated materials into naturalistic vignettes. Drawing inspiration from the environment and science, she uses preserved insects, plants, taxonomic items, natural artifacts, miniatures and found objects to activate magical narratives. Her practice focuses on encouraging observation and participation in the natural world and closer examination of the individual role and responsibilities we all have to our environment.

Tim has been an artist/potter in North Florida for 40 years. He works in clay and mixed media including carving, illustrating and texturing the surfaces of vases and sculptures. Among his many styles and techniques include tortured surface (textured porcelain vases and sculptures) Horsehair Raku, underglazed illustrated porcelain and carved stoneware vessels.
