Jacksonville Artists' Guild artists are creating small paintings for a silent auction/fundraiser at the Ortega River Club. We thank the ORC for their support in helping our non-profit in the pursuit of raising money for the Hubbard House. Their donation of a beautiful venue makes this auction possible. Silent Auction/Fundraiser Information
For the Benefit of the
Hubbard House Serving Duval and Baker Counties, Hubbard House, a full-service certified domestic violence center, has answered more than 108,750 hotline calls and sheltered more than 47,000 survivors and their children in its lifesaving and life-changing 45-year history. The agency’s impact can be measured in suffering spared, lives liberated, and tragic deaths avoided right here in the local community.
Artists are asked to contribute a 5x7 or 6x6 painting on a canvas or canvas board.
Theme: “Home, Home on the Range"
Do you have memories, dreams, or visions of the wild or not so Wild West? Think of home on the range, tumbleweed, cactus, prairie sky, cows and/or horses, rocking chairs, dinner bells, saloons, ranch life, barns, cowboys and girls, or whatever creative impressions and interpretations come to mind - the possibilities are endless. Don’t hesitate to share these with your fellow artists for a worthy cause. Yee ha!
